Bishnu Raj Upreti, from Dolakha holds PhD in conflict Management from the Netherlands (2001) and working in the conflict, public policy, resource management and development since 1980. Bishnu Upreti is a life member of NPA since its inception. Bishnu Upreti has extensively published in his areas of work (seven dozens of books and numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, magazines, edited books and newspapers). He is recently retired from the government Policy Research Institute (PRI) after completing his 3 years of tenure. Dr Upreti had worked in 42 countries so far.
